my lovely day...yesterday....

...last evening,i had 2 work colleagues over for dinner..they brought their kids along so firdaus had a gang of 4 in his territory..boy,did they have a good time,sreaming,laughing,singing...i tried out a new north indian recipe using chicken..it turned out pretty good..well,that's what my friends said..and i baked my famous shepherds pie...we all had a nice time..chatting..its been my dream to have such personal dinner parties with my good friends..i had to wait to have one at my own place..now that it came true,i'm over the moon..i guess,nothing is like having your own home..its thurs,nearly the weekend..when every body goes to have fun..and i begin my 3 day work..full shift..but its fine wif me..sometimes..haha!the thing is i dont like to go out during the weekends anyway..malls are crowded,impatient singaporeans everywhere..especially during lunch or dinner time..and the queues takes forever..plus my 2 small and big guy aint around....so i bought another bag from TOPSHOP last weekend..my ultimate brown leather bag that i have been searching for like eternity...its expensive,busted my pocket..but worth every dime!!!its gorgeous too!!!MY HUSBAND..haha..he is loss for words..from the day we got engaged till now,he's been struggling with the fact that i have a huge love affair with bags..and that i can never have enuff...i myself don't know why..but i just love how a bag can perk up a simple outfit..cos i dont really like too strong statements on my clothes..i like to wear what i always do..its my comfort zone..so a bag and accessories..usually steal away the attention..anyway,i always change ny bags..i actually wear them!!..i know this gal who loves to buy stuff..accessories especially,loads of em'..all the time..and don't wear em'...HOWS THAT FOR WEIRD! AND WASTEFUL!!!..SHE JUZ FIND SATISFACTION IN DISPLAYING EM'ON HER DRESSER!!...i told her she needs big time therapy...so end mth..wats my pay plan?..sponsoring my god daughter's goody bags...13 packs of yummy candies...and bringing my son to watch a play.."THE GINGERBREAD MAN" by lil' company....and buy my husband a gift..jus cos i love him to bits....its been ME,ME,ME AND MY SON,MY SON,MY SON ALL THE TIME...so its abah's turn to get pampered...till then...LOL
