updates...

..my week passed just like that..so fast,in a blink of an eye..what not with my teaching..tending to my family's needs..oh!i did manage to go out on tues..went to check out the CENTRAL..above Clarke quay station..from the exterior..it looks really inviting you know..but so disappointing when i went in..boring..nothing much to shop except for so many shops selling bits and pieces of clothes..we grab a bite at BK and took a train down to vivocity instead..went to kidstyle,pumpkin patch,mothercare to find the perfect tops for my god-daughter's 4th birthday next weekend..and i got it at mothercare..so lovely..am excited to give it to her..no toys this year..my bestie said she has way too many..hahaha..we share the same sentiments for both our kids..then the next day,i met up with my mum at causeway point in woodlands..we bought playskool ball popper for Umar,oh!the kiddo was really thrilled,my dad picked us up and they came over to my place,,so today,after my 2 sessions of teachings..i decided to have lunch at Swensens,compass pt..nearby mah..hubby is on the nite shift,didn't want to tire him out..had a good meal..went a bit of shopping..got a thomas train playmat and playskool balls for Umar,bought a tomy car for Fir..and nothing for both me and hubby..always the case rite??..anyway..the economy is really shaky..i'm careful with my spending now..that's why i have decided to cancel the holiday to KL and Cameron highlands...the money i have saved for spending..i'm keeping aside for rainy days..we'll still have a break..somewhere nearer in JB..i hope the government has plans to aid us financially..hubby is still willing to bring me for the holiday though..but i told him..its not where we go..as long as we have a good time..even staying at home is just as good and fun..another week to endure,then i meet sunday for my darling ashley's bday at downtown east..and off teaching for a whole week..i really need the break..till then...
