"When the oil is heated up,add in chopped shallots,garlic and a lil' bit of ginger"

"Add the meat and some water to allow the meat to cook tenderly"(my Umi buys me special kinda meat from cold's storage,its lean and fat-free)


"Don't forget to add 2 tsp of cornflour plus half cup water,it makes the meat stick together"
